Refund policy

- All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

- All returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Please note that we do not offer free returns. However for exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. God Willing will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. 

- Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear

cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.

- Sale items may be exchanged but are non-refundable. 

Upon receiving your returned item(s), exchanges will be sent out within 1-3 working days. 

Instructions for return:

1) Complete the returns forms detailing your email address, order number, item returned and reason for return. (If not sent one, please email us for a returns form)

2) Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange. You will receive either a dispatch confirmation or refund confirmation by email.
